It is a goal-based collaborative process and involves a non-judgmental, supportive coach who works with you to understand your story, set viable goals and develop strategies necessary to accomplish these goals.

We understand every individual is unique and may be facing challenges at different levels. For this we follow an integrated approach to Coaching and use techniques from NLP, Psychotherapy, T.A., Energy healing and Deep Relaxation,

Personal coaching is suitable for children as well as adults, individuals, couples and families for both personal and professional issues. The duration is variable and depends on your clarity and commitment.
